Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

 

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Company (referred to as either “the Company”;  “We”, “Us” or & “Our”; in this Agreement) refers to Touch of August LLC, Orlando, Fl 32801.

Service refers to the Website.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

 

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 48 hours with a given reason for doing so.

The deadline for requesting an exchange of an Order is 5 business days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

 

As all sales are final! Only damaged Goods or incorrect items are subject to be considered for an equal exchange. To receive an equal exchange, You must email unaltered photos of goods that were potentially damaged during the shipping and handling process and or photo of the incorrect item. Your Order is only subject to be considered for a refund if your package is lost in transit, please contact us with your tracking number. Packages are only considered lost if the postal service does not mark it as delivered, once marked as delivered, we are not responsible for the package and are not obligated to issue a return.

 

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for an exchange, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased in the last 5 business days.

The Goods are in the original packaging.

The Goods have not been used or lit.

An email containing unaltered photos of damaged Goods or the incorrect item has been sent 5 business days from which the order was received.

 

The following Goods cannot be considered for an exchange or returned:

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over.

The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items. 

 

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

 

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:  address will be issued as needed.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. 

Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue an exchange without actual receipt of the Goods, unaltered photographic evidence of Goods, and proof of received return delivery. If you are approved for a refund option, it will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We only refund the amount actually paid, so if you purchase during a sale, you will be refunded the sale price. Please contact your financial institution if you have not received your refund after 7 business days. 

 

Returned funds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account again and make sure to pay attention to the DEPOSITS/CREDITS section. Please contact your credit card company or financial institution, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is typically a processing time period before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after the 7 business day period, please contact us at info.touchofaugust.com. We will be glad to facilitate the process for you to the best of our ability. 

 

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You. If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
